DELCORA: CANCEL THE SALE TO AQUA
On December 19, 2025, CWA Board Chair Noël Brandon sent the following letter to the board of DELCORA calling on them to cancel the sale to Aqua.
TAKE ACTION:
- Big Water Mega Merger PUC Docket can be found here.
- Townships and Boroughs affected by DELCORA: File to intervene or protest the application with the PUC. The Deadline to do so is December 29, 2025. VISIT THE PUC WEBSITE TO FILE. Send a copy to savecwa@chesterwater.com and we will post your complaint.
- State Elected Officials: Take action on behalf of your ratepayers. Petition to intervene, protest the application, file a formal complaint, or at the minimum, submit comment on the application. The Deadline to do so is December 29, 2025. VISIT THE PUC WEBSITE TO FILE. Send a copy to savecwa@chesterwater.com and we will post your complaint.
