Is this Aqua’s new takeover strategy?

If you can’t change the decision, change the decision makers. Watch the video! The terms of the entire nine member board of CWA expire in November 2022. We are incredibly thankful to the CWA board who have bravely fought for our award-winning, affordable public water since the hostile takeover attempt in 2017. New appointments are an option, not an obligation. Board members are legally eligible to continue serving until their terms are up and a successor is named. We must continue to have a pro-public, pro-CWA board in place to take us over the finish line and SAVE CWA.
